lowbed semi truck trailer is mainly used for transporting goods in large size and light weight. We can produce the low flatbed trailer according to clients' requirement. All the trailers are customized and certificated. 
We produce detachable low flatbed trailer, we usually adopt FUWA axle, double coin tyre and Q345 steel. Every set of trailer will be tested before delivery.

Low bed Semi trailer has been produced in welding constructions with gas metal arc welding as "I" crossing from high resistant steel considering overloads proper to capacity and intended usage.

Different types of suspensions are designed for various operating condition: Bogie suspension ; Air suspension ; Mechanical suspension .

Lamp assembly uses advanced LED light, top quality PC and cast wire harness in dual circuit design. 

State-of-the-art detection devices: Components, hardness, and phase are metal are analyzed to ensure the standards of processed material; Weld seam defects, paint thickness and adhesiveness are checked and amended to guarantee the quality of finished products.
